Fresh Rimini rape, Moroccan arrested (2)

(ANSA) - Rimini, August 31 - There was a fresh attempted rape on a Rimini beach last night and a 34-year-old Moroccan national has been arrested, police said Thursday. Last week a Polish tourist and a Peruvian transsexual were raped by a suspected North African four-man gang. Police on this occasion manage to stop the naked man completing his attack, sources said. The man allegedly stole the woman's cellphone and demanded sex in exchange for returning it. The woman's partner then phoned the police. The couple was from Parma.
