Man 'very serious' after hit on head with brick by African (2)

(ANSA) - Milan, August 16 - A 62-year-old Italian man was in "very serious" condition Wednesday after being hit on the head with a brick by a young North African neighbour.
    The two are believed to have argued over petty issues, police said. The man is undergoing an operation for multiple head injuries and is fighting for his life, medical sources said. His assailant is set to be charged with attempted murder, judicial sources said.
