Recovery proceeding but slow reforms a drag - Draghi (2)

(ANSA) - Rome, July 20 - The eurozone recovery is proceeding but delays to reforms are holding it back, European Central bank President Mario Draghi said Thursday.
    He said quantitative easing would continue until there was a "sustained" rise in prices.
    Draghi said that, after a long period, there was now a "robust" recovery in the eurozone.
