MotoGP: Rossi sustains chest injuries in motocross accident

'No serious trauma,' Yamaha says

(ANSA) - Rimini, May 26 - Italian MotoGP ace Valentino Rossi spent a quiet night in hospital after sustaining chest injuries during motocross training on the Cavallara track near Pescara, sources said Friday. Rossi, who reportedly has no head injuries or fractures, was expected to undergo further checks during the course of the day.
    The 38-year-old arrived at the Rimini hospital on Thursday conscious and accompanied by relatives. His Yamaha team said doctors had found no serious trauma.
