(ANSA) - Vatican City, May 18 - Pope Francis on Thursday told geneticists working to beat Huntington's Disease that no end, however noble, justifies destroying embryos.
"No end, even if it is noble per se, such as a foreseen usefulness for science, for other human beings or for society, can justify the destruction of human embryos," he told an audience of Huntington's patients and researchers in the Vatican.
