(ANSA) - Genoa, April 19 - A 19-year-old man caught peeing in
an alley in the centre of Genoa has been fined 10,000 euros
($10,700), local daily Il Secolo XIX said Wednesday.
The student said "I had been in the pub for a couple of
drinks, I needed a pee and there weren't any places open any
more".
The fine was reduced to a third, 3,333 euros, because the
man's parents paid up by a 60-day deadline.
