(ANSA) - Florence, March 28 - The Uffizi Gallery may close on
the cultural Group of Seven (G7) meeting in Florence on Thursday
because of a staff strike, officials said Tuesday.
"It's far-off risk but not to be ruled out" said the head of
the iconic Florentine gallery, Eike Schmidt.
The Accademia Gallery and part of Palazzo Pitti may also shut
down.
