(ANSA) - Venice, March 24 - A man died after his cigarette
set his mattress ablaze in a psychiatric hospital near Venice
Friday, authorities said.
Eugenio Carpanedo, 63, from Schio, died of burns and
asphyxiation after his single room was destroyed by the flames,
medical sources said.
