(ANSA) - Washington, March 20 - EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Federica Mogherini on Monday voiced concern over US President Donald Trump's administration's proposed cuts to the foreign-aid budget.
The nuclear re-armament race is not a solution, it is destabilising and is making the world more dangerous, EU Foreign Affairs High Representative Federica Mogherini warned in opening remarks to the Carnegie International Nuclear Policy Conference Monday. Her warning comes after Donald Trump's recent announcement that he wants to strengthen the US nuclear arsenal, and Washington's denunciation of Moscow's violation of the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty.
