(ANSA) - Rome, November 15 - Italy's gross domestic product rose by 0.3% in the third quarter of 2016 with respect to the previous three months and by 0.9% compared to the same period last year, according to seasonally adjusted data released by Istat on Tuesday.     Italy's 'acquired growth' for 2016 - what the annual growth rate will be if there are no further quarter-on-quarter rises in gross domestic product - has risen to 0.8%, Istat said Tuesday in the light of the positive GDP data for the third quarter. The previous estimate based on the data from the first two quarters of 2016 was a rise of 0.6%. The government has forecast (raw) growth of 0.8% for 2016.
