(ANSA) - Milan, September 13 - Italian gas distribution company Italgas has applied to list its shares on the Milan stock exchange's Electronic Share Market (MTA), parent company Snam said on Tuesday. The move is made under of the industrial and corporate reorganisation to demerge Italgas from Snam, the natural gas infrastructure company said.
