(ANSA) - Cosenza, July 29 - Cosenza prosecutors on Friday
placed seven doctors and other medical staff under investigation
in the case of a baby who died just hours after being born in
the city's Sacred Heart private clinic.
An autopsy was performed yesterday on the body of Matilde
Anna, whose funeral was held today.
"An initial exam showed no malformation," said family
lawyer Alessandra Masala, legale della famiglia.
"The parents aren't seeking revenge, but they demand to
know the truth about what happened to their child".
Autopsy results will likely be released in three months,
the lawyer said
