(ANSA) - Vatican City, May 25 - Pope Francis, at his weekly
general audience on Wednesday, gave a greeting in sign language
to a group of about 60 people from the Florence branch of the
Italian National Agency for the Deaf (ENS), and the group
responded to the pope with a greeting in sign language as well.
The pope also let three children ride on the Popemobile
prior to the general audience attended by about 20,000 people,
according to an estimate by the Prefecture of the Papal
Household.
