(ANSAmed) - Luxembourg, April 19 - Italy has presented a
proposal for the "strategic coordination" of all EU and NATO
operations in the Mediterranean, sources said Tuesday. The
proposal, shared by Germany, France, Spain and the UK, was
delivered by Defence Minister Roberta Pinotti during a meeting
of EU defence ministers in Luxembourg, to EU High Representative
for Foreign Affairs Federica Mogherini and NATO
Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg.
