BP Vicenza to increase capital by 0.10-3 euros per share

(ANSA) - Milan, April 19 - Banca Popolare di Vicenza will increase its share capital by a minimum of 0.10 euro cents and a maximum of three euros per share, the lender said in a statement Tuesday. The interest that emerged during pre-marketing and investor education activities was "insufficient to allow the determination of a specific interval of indicative appreciation according to normal market procedures", the statement said. Consequently capitalisation after the capital increase will vary from approximately 1.51 billion to 1.8 billion euros.
