22 Camorra homicides in a year says DNA

New clans replacing old ones

(ANSA) - Rome, March 2 - There were 22 Camorra murders in the year between mid-2014 and mid-2015, the National Anti-Mafia Directorate (DNA) said Wednesday.
    The rising number of homicides and of attempted homicides (23) showed the "persistent" threat of the Naples Mob, whose historical clans had been crushed but which was growing new offshoots all the time, the DNA said in a report to parliament.
    There were also ever-closer links to crime groups in Spain, it said.
