(ANSA) - Milan, February 19 - The share price of Silvio Berlusconi's Mediaset broadcasting group rose sharply on Friday despite denials of reports of talks to sell pay-TV unit Mediaset Premium to French group Vivendi. Il Sole 24 Ore reported the talks were at an advanced stage but Mediaset said it did "not confirm negotiations or any new developments, aside from the excellent relations with Vivendi and the usual contacts. Mediaset's share price was up 5.18% after just over a hour of trading on Friday.
