(ANSA) - Milan, February 10 - Prosecutors on Wednesday
sought a one-year sentence and 350-euro fine against Riccardo
Bossi for misappropriating 158,000 euros from Northern League
party coffers. The defendant is the son of the founder of the
rightwing, anti-immigrant party, Umberto Bossi. In Italy,
sentences up to two years in prison are always suspended.
