(ANSA) - Rome, February 4 - Theatres up and down the country will offer free performances to all on October 22, Culture Minister Dario Franceschini said Thursday. The initiative is the result of a deal between the ministry and Italy's general association of the performing arts (AGIS) signed Wednesday. Theatre Day will be an annual event with public and private theatres and lyrical foundations offering free shows throughout the day.
