(ANSA) - Brussels, January 15 - Econfin and Eurogroup President Jeroen Dijsselbloem said Friday that a EU deal was needed on giving three billion euros to Turkey in exchange for help on the refugee crisis despite "apparent" opposition from Italy. "I'll try to push to reach an agreement on the three billion for Turkey, we need it," Dijsselbloem said. "We'll talk about it today".
