(ANSA) - Rome, January 15 - European Commission President
Jean-Claude Juncker was elected "on the basis of a political
accord that included flexibility and investments," Italian
Premier Matteo Renzi said Friday. He spoke amid a spat with
Juncker on who should get the credit for introducing budget
flexibility, among other things.
