(ANSA) - Rome, January 13 - The Treasury said that it sold
all two billion euros' worth of the three-year BTP bonds that it
put up for auction on Wednesday at an average in interest rate
of just 0.02% - a new low. The rate was down from the previous
low of 0.11% registered at an auction in November. The Treasury
also sold three billion euros worth of seven-year BTPs at a rate
of 0.99%, slightly up from 0.98% in November, and 1.5 billion
euros of 15-year BTPS at 2.03%, down from 2.14% in October.
