(ANSA) - Berlin, January 4 - Alitalia's partner Etihad
Airways on Monday filed an injunction against a German court's
ruling that suspended its codesharing agreement for 29 flights
with Airberlin.
"We will fight to the end to protect our investment, our
partnership with Airberlin and the possibility of choice in the
air sector in Germany," said President and CEO James Hogan.
Hogan is also vice president of Alitalia, which was saved
by its 2014 tie-up with Etihad.
