(ANSA) - Rome, December 18 - Enel Produzione S.p.A. ha sold
66% of Slovenske Elektrarne to EP Slovakia for 750 million
euros, the company said Friday. Enel Produzione owns and
operates thermal, hydroelectric, geothermal, and wind power
generation plants. The transaction will occur in two phases
after Enel Produzione shares in the electric utility company
based in Bratislava are transferred to a new corporation.
