(ANSA) - Brussels, December 11 - Setting up an arbitration
court to weigh the claims of investors left penniless after the
rescue of four crisis-hit Italian banks is an excellent idea, EU
sources said Friday as the Italian government weighs measures to
help them out. Banca Marche, Banca Etruria, CariFe and
CariChieti were rescued November 22. A bondholder in Banca
Etruria who lost his savings killed himself November 28.
