(ANSA) - Rome, November 26 - The per-capita GDP for southern Italy was 17,600 euros in 2014, 43.7% lower than the 32,500 euros of the country's north west, Istat said on Thursday. The national statistics agency said the per-capita GDP of the north east was 31,400 euros last year, while it was 29,400 in central Italy.
