(ANSA) - Bergamo, November 19 - An Italian court on Thursday
confirmed the arrest of two Syrians who were stopped at Milan
Bergamo airport on Wednesday and found to be carrying false
passports and photos of war and of the ISIS militant group.
The two Syrian men appeared before the Bergamo court on
Thursday. One explained that the photos on his mobile phone were
memories of his dead brother. The other said a man holding a gun
in a photo is his cousin.
After their arrests were confirmed, they were sent back to
prison. A judgement is expected on November 26. Meanwhile
investigators are looking over all the material.
