Italian UNIFIL squad attacked in Lebanon

(ANSA) - Beirut, November 19 - A patrol squad of Italian 'blue helmet troops taking part in the United Nations UNIFIL mission in Lebanon came under attack from armed assailants on Tuesday, ANSA sources said Thursday. None of the Italians were injured in the attack, the sources said. There is no evidence linking the attack to extremist Islamist group ISIS, the sources added.
