(ANSA) - Foggia, October 9 - Finance police on Friday seized
a villa and a luxury apartment worth over one million euros from
48-year-old ex-convict Nicola Masciavè, following an
investigation into discrepancies between his declared income and
his investments.
Investigators sayy Masciavè is "a danger to society under
the anti-mafia code".
Police said his rap sheet stretches back to 1987 and
includes murder, robbery, illegal weapons possession, drug
dealing, extortion and usury.
