(ANSA) - Rome, September 18 - Moscow said Friday it would
consider sending troops to Syria if the government there asked
it to, a Kremlin spokesman said.
"But it's difficult to talk about hypotheses," he said.
The Russian security service, the FSB, said separately that
2,400 Russian citizens were fighting for ISIS.
