(ANSA) - Brussels, September 8 - Italian engineering group
Ansaldo will get Altsom's high-tech, heavy-duty turbines
including some research staff under a deal in which General
Electric will acquire the French giant's energy sector, the EU
anti-trust authority said Tuesday. The $13.5-billion deal is the
largest acquisition in GE's history.
