Elderly man stabs to death wife, attempts suicide

(ANSA) - Brescia, September 2 - An elderly man who stabbed his wife to death and then tried to kill himself with an overdose of pills was in a critical condition Wednesday, hospital officials said.
    The dead woman was identified as Natalina Badini, 70, who had been ill for some time. She was murdered by her husband Bruno Caprioli, 76, police said.
