(ANSA) - Catania, August 28 - Carabinieri police on Friday
arrested the widow of a retired electrician who was bludgeoned
to death after she confessed to the murder and to staging a
burglary in their home in the town of Biancavilla in Catania
province.
Vincenzina Ingrassia told investigators she killed Alfio
Longo, 67, because she was "tired of being subjected" to his
violence.
