'Stick migrants on oil platforms' Salvini says

(ANSA) - Milan, August 21- Anti-immigrant Northern League leader Matteo Salvini on Friday called on authorities to dump migrants on disused oil platforms abandoned by Italy's ENI energy concern "so as not to disturb" Italians.
    "Let's study the feasibility," Salvini told his party's Radio Padania station.
    "There are numerous ENI platforms in disuse in the sea and it would be a smart solution to turn them into centres of waiting, reception and identification so as no to disturb the surrounding population," he said.
