Sicilian hoteliers promote unusual itineraries at Expo

(ANSA) - Palermo, July 28 - Sicilian hoteliers association Federalberghi Sicilia is promoting unusual tourist itineraries at the Expo Bio-Mediterranean Cluster. Chefs from Jonica region and the Piedmont area have made unique recipes, while farmers and cheese and honey producers explained the importance of a healthy diet, making a dish of ricotta cheese, honey and marmalade using techniques linked to the island.
