Tuesday some doctors at Milan's San Raffaele hospital showed up
in hospital records as being in surgery in more than one
operating room at the same time.
Six chief surgeons and three administrators are suspected
of defrauding the national health service of 28 million euros by
obtaining reimbursements based on falsified paperwork.
