Just 5% of workforce joins Alitalia strike

(ANSA) - Rome, May 25 - Alitalia said just 5% percent of its workforce took part in a strike on Monday.
    "The industrial action by ANPAC pilots and flight attendants caused limited inconvenience to passengers, considering countermeasures taken by Alitalia and by virtue of the low levels of adherence to the strike," the Italian flagship airline said in a note. "As of 17:00 just 110 employees had adhered to the strike, corresponding to 5% of the workforce," Alitalia added.
