(ANSA) - Rome, May 25 - Hungarian police on Monday arrested
a fugitive belonging to the Puglia region's Sacra Corona Unita
mafia in a joint operation with Italy's Carabinieri military
police.
Antonio Pellegrino, 42, is thought to head a Lecce-area
clan and is accused of mafia-style association, international
drug trafficking, and crimes against public bodies in collusion
with politicians.
