(ANSA) - Rome, May 22 - Former Korean Air exec Heather Cho,
whose father runs her country's flag carrier, was freed on
appeal Friday after being jailed for one year in February for
obstructing aviation safety during a row over nuts.
Judges said Cho should now serve a suspended sentence.
Cho forced a plane to return to the gate in New York last
December and offload a steward because she did not like the way
she had been served nuts.
Cho apologised and quit the national airline.
