(ANSA) - Rome, May 21 - Silvio Berlusconi said Thursday he
will found but not lead a new movement. "(It) will embrace
Italian moderates and won't be led by me but by one of my
heirs," he told Channel 21. "Who is this heir? There are two or
three people who could replace me as leader of the movement, but
there certainly won't be any primaries". "Great leaders like
(Christian Democratic party founder Alcide) De Gasperi,
(Socialist leader Bettino) Craxi and Berlusconi never went
through primaries," Berlusconi added.
