Hello Kitty Japan's ambassador at Milan Expo 2015

(ANSA) - Milan, April 23 - Japanese animè character Hello Kitty will be the official ambassador of the Japanese Pavilion at the Milan Expo 2015, parent company Sanrio announced on Thursday.
    The Japanese-headquartered company said that Hello Kitty will cut the ribbon at the pavilion's opening ceremony and she will accompany visitors on tours of the health and edutainment focused pavilion during the six-month long Expo.
    For the universal fair, Hello Kitty will wear a flowered, red kimono and lime green obi, along with her trademark red bow.
