(ANSA) - Brussels, April 22 - The European anti-trust
authority on Wednesday formally accused Russian gas giant
Gazprom of abusing its dominant position in central and eastern
Europe, implementing "unfair price policy" and "hindering
transborder competition" by creating "artificial barriers".
Gazprom has 12 weeks to respond to the charges.
