(ANSA) - Rome, March 6 - Verona Mayor Flavio Tosi said
Friday that he may quit the Northern League and run against the
party's official candidate, Governor Luca Zaia, in upcoming
regional elections in Veneto. "If the (league) federal council
does not take a step back I may resign and free everyone," Tosi
told Radio24. "Then I'd be able to run to be governor".
