(ANSA) - Rome, February 20 - Italy's Confindustria
employers' federation praised the government's Jobs Act labour
market reform package Friday, saying it takes into account
companies' need for flexible organisation while respecting
workers' fundamental rights.
The decrees approved by cabinet "in some aspects has been
improved," from earlier versions, Confindustria said in a
statement.
"The new rules regarding changing job descriptions take
into account the needs for legislative certainty and flexibility
of company organisation for which firms have long been asking
while respecting the fundamental rights of workers,"
Confindustria said.
