(see related)(ANSA) - Milan, January 28 - Charges against a
group of 13 Syrians probed for a series of terror-related
offences in Italy and Syria include helping to prepare chemical
weapons, sources said Wednesday.
Investigators say ringleader Haisam Sakhanh led a gang that
attacked and otherwise intimidated at least six supporters of
Syrian President Bashar al-Assad who live in the Milan area.
Sakhanh is also accused of taking part in the torture and
execution of seven Assad soldiers in Syria.
