(ANSA) - Rome, January 26 - Italians spent 0.1% more on
books and ebooks in 2014 than the previous year, the Italian
Publishers Association (AIE) said Monday.
Readers spent a total of 1.452 billion euros, AIE said.
Of these, 51.7 million euros were spent on ebooks, 1.2
billion went to printed books, an estimated 111 million euros
were spent on e-readers, and 54.3 million were spent on
collateral products, according to AIE.
