(ANSA) - Rome, January 21 - Transport Minister Maurizio Lupi
on Wednesday signed a decree activating 1.2 billion euros in
loans to local governments for school repairs and renovations,
the ministry said Wednesday.
Regions will be able to take out 30-year loans, with the
State taking on the amortization charges, the ministry said.
