(ANSA) - Rome, January 19 - A Pakistani national who
sparked an alarm at Rome's Fiumicino airport on Sunday when he
was stopped trying to board a flight to London with a false
passport has been released, police sources said Monday. The man
has been reported to prosecutors for holding and using a false
document, the sources said, adding that the man had requested
political asylum in Italy last year.
