(ANSA) - Florence, December 16 - A court in Florence on
Tuesday acquitted ex-senator Marcello Dell'Utri on a charge of
complicity in a fraudulent bankruptcy.
Dell'Utri, a former top aide to ex-premier Silvio
Berlusconi who was sentenced to seven years in prison for mafia
links, was acquitted during the proceedings against the
Cooperative Credit Bank of Florence (BCCF).
