(ANSA) - Milan, November 11 - UniCredit exceeded
expectations to post net profits of 1.8 billion euros in the
first nine months of the year, the Italian bank said in a
statement Tuesday.
The numbers are an 81% increase over the same period last
year.
Third-quarter net profit stood at 722 million euros, up
79%, the lender added.
